Sticky Chicken Wings


3 pounds chicken wings
1 cup packed brown sugar
1-teaspoon mustard
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Cut each chicken wing into 3 portions, discarding the tips. (Save tips for chicken stock) Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Place the chicken in a large oblong baking dish. Combine the brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the chicken. Bake at 350º for 1 to 1½ hours or until cooked through, turning once.
