Sage Stuffing

2 Large onions chopped 1 Bunch Celery cleaned and chopped 2 - 14oz Cubed Stuffing (Sage Seasoning) 2 - 12oz Pkgs Jimmy Dean sage sausage 1 Stick butter 1 Can chicken broth |
Brown sausage - put to side Sauté onions and celery in butter In large bowl combine sausage, celery and onion with stuffing. Add chicken broth as needed for moisture. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes |

You can make your own stuffing mix with day old French bread broken into cubes. Put the cubes on a cookie sheet and lightly coat with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with sage seasoning. Bake until done. |
