Stuffed Shells

 
Ingredients Preparation
1 Box Jumbo Shells
4c Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2c Parmesan cheese
32oz Ricotta cheese
1 Egg
Parsley flakes
2 Jars of your favorite pasta sauce
Cover bottom of 13x9 pan with sauce

Boil shells until tender

In large bowl combine cheeses, egg and 1tsp parsley flakes (more if desired). Fill shells with mixture and arrange in pan, cover with sauce and mozzarella. Bake for 45 minutes at 325.
